Seven volumes large 8vo, rust-colored cloth, gilt spine titles and cover devices, pages untrimmed, engraved frontis with tissue guard, title pages printed in red and black. Very Good: spines moderately sunned, light foxing throughout, all bindings tight and square, no cracked hinges. Affixed to the front pastedown of each volumes is the bookplate of prominent Senator and statesman Henry Cabot Lodge (1850 - 1924). Please request a quote for shipping.
