College Green, Dublin : Thomas Armitage, 1776. Hardcover. Fair. bindings worn and scuffed, front cover a bit loose, dampstained throughout both volumes. Contemporaneous armorial bookplate of Edward Kendall. Engraved frontis of Lydia Sterne Medalle after the portrait by Benjamin West. Three volumes in one. This volume was added to Armitage's seven volume The Works of Laurence Sterne, which he published in 1774 and published them with a new engraved title page as an eight volume work in 1779, of which this book was a part. It was uniformly bound with the other seven, the spines dated 1779. 16mo - over 5¾" - 6¾" tall. Hard Cover. Most items ship with tracking numbers and (generally over $15.00) jacket protectors if applicable. Clean recycled packing material will be used when possible.
