London:Edward Stanford, 1898. 3rd Edition. hard cover. Good. London:Edward Stanford. 1898. 3rd edition. (xiii)+427pp+6 folding plates.  Translated by Colonel N. L Walford, R.A.  Red boards lightly soiled, rubbed and shelfworn with wear and fraying to spine ends and edge points. Internally, the end-pages are age-toned but with no previous owners marks or signatures.  The binding is tight, but the rear hinge has cracked and the front hinge has started. The folding plans  look to be in very good condition.
