London:: John Murray,, 1911.. First edition.. Hardcover. poor. 372pp, with all maps present, including those in the rear pocket. Ex- Officers Library copy, in the original cloth, intact (boards firm) but battered, and with heavy foxing at some openings - and a little at most of the others. However, the maps are all very clean (a little foxing to one of them). A budget reference copy.
