Macerata, Francesco Mancini, 1812. First Edition. Softcover. Very Good/No Jacket. Lettera sugli scavi fatti nel circondario dell'antica Treja. First edition, engraved vignette title and 15 plates on 13 sheets, 2 folding, with 16pp. offprint in smaller format by A.L.Millin (the dedicatee of the main work) reviewing the book bound in at end, foxing and marginal water-staining affecting only a few leaves, abrasion to one plate, generally in near fine condition, original printed wrappers, Macerata, 1812. A scarce archaeological survey of the excavations at Treja in the Marche; Library Hub lists 3 copies (British School at Rome, BL, & Bodleian).
