Disbound government document. Residue from book binding, creasing and chipping to spine edge. Mild tanning to page edges, some foxing spots, few corners are creased. Text is clean and easily legible. Part of blue ink stamp from House of Representatives Library stamp on top page edge. Document in VG condition.. Paperbound. Very Good. Illus. by Plates. Size: Approx. 5 3/4" x 9".
