Being a collection of some of the old tales told in those western parts of Britain served by the Great Western Railway. Lovely set of books telling the stories and legends of the west including The Giant who built the Mount , How St Piram came to Cornwall, Wayland Smith and his cave,and the Ghostly Bishop of Fingest. including some songs. Each book has 56 pages and carries a coloured engraving to the cover .A Very Good set. Pictures available.
