Macmillan, London, 1975. Reprint. Hardcover. Very Good Condition/Good. 2.2 kg; 4 volumes, volume I; XVI, 272 pages, indexed, light tan papered boards, grey dustjacket. Dustjacket faded on the spine section, and appears to have been splashed with liquid, with sticker stain at the top right of the front panel of the dustjacket, traces of foxing to the top edge of the jacket. Volume II; VIII, 320 pages, again indexed, with red papered boards, and red dust wrapper, the dustwrapper having similar damage to the 1st volume, Browning of the top edge of the text block and traces of foxing also. ISBN 0333086066. Volume III; VIII, 328 pages, indexed, in green papered boards with green dustjacket, with similar damage as to the 1st 2 volumes. ISBN 0333097637. Volume 4 VIII, 384 pages, a game indexed, with appendices. Grey papered boards with light tan coloured dustwrapper and again the same sort of damage to the volume as for the other 3. Sold as a set.
