Boards have chips up to 1/2" x 1 1/2" and front cover is detached; spine darkened; previous owner name in two places dated 1908; bookplate from another previous owner; light browning and a little foxing. Soft red leather boards with gilt decoration and title on front that is still impressive; 237 pp. with many b/w drawings.
