This is the Third Edition. The law relating to motor vehicles in the early days. Absolutely astonishing how much law there was relating to the autos of 100 years ago. Front and rear covers cracked at bottom half; hinge cracked at title page; previous owner Kansas Attorney name at front and rear; covers rubbed. GOOD. 3rd Edition.. Hardcover. Good/No Jacket.
