London: Nonesuch Press, 1929. Limited edition. Twelvemo. xvi, 367 pp; copperplate engraved title page, headpiece and colophon by Stephen Gooden. Text in Latin & English. Polished buckram with gilt-lettered spine, top edge gilt in marbled slipcase. Very good in good+ slipcase. Spine darkened, as usual, some pages uncut. Slipcase rubbed with some splitting to top and bottom seams, however still holding together firmly. Number 185 of 1050 numbered copies. The works of 21 poets translated from the original Latin by over 70 English poets.. Limited Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good.
