Well Illustrated with many B&W Photos and Fold-Out Drawings. Chapter 1 starts with "The Last Boom in Sail"; Chapter 2 covers "The Limejuicers of 1888-9". Other chapters deal with "The Carriers of the Nineties" and "The Square Riggers of the 20th Century. Last Chapter in this volume is "Small Fry" followed by the Appendix. 17 Plans + House Flags. Endpapers Illustrated with Maps of the World. Blue cloth cover with Gilt Ship Vignette on front. 443 Pages, 10" Tall. Cloth Backstrip missing from spine. Some edge wear, tips of corners worn through to boards. A few pages have a corner creased. Hinges cracked and reinforced with white hinge tape. "Cancelled" stamped on corner of ffep and "Storeroom" faintly stamped on back of frontispiece. Heavy Volume, weighs 1.9 Kilos so Shipping outside UK will be extra. Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall
