Flagstaff, Arizona: Northland Press, 1971. Limited Edition. Square Octavo. Limited to 100 copies signed by Green without number. 73 pages, illustrated by Beeler, a beautiful copy of Dr. Ben Green's tales of some young men who dreamed of the days when cattle drives took place from Texas to the Great Plains. Unfortunately, in the modern world there are farms with barbed wire, towns, cities, and all the evidence a century later that would make such a drive unnecessary and impossible. Nevertheless, they decided on this misadventure. Bound in 1/4 light brown leather over brown cloth lettered in black, spine lettering gilt, a fine copy housed within a paper covered slipcase. [Six Score 49].
