Hefty hardcover in black boards with silver titling to the spine and the Little Brown colophon impressed to the front cover. Includes b&w photos and 8 maps. Very Good: square and firmly bound; minor wear; previous owner's light pencil markings on a very few (4 or 5?) pages. Dust jacket bright and complete with minor edge wear. Heavy book might require additional postage.
