Abels, official Gold Star Mother of the State of Ohio in World War I, had four sons who, as enlisted men, served in the finest units of the U. S. Army. This book was written by Charles H. Abels, last of the fighting four. Volume itself has black covers with white lettering on the spine. Book has wear at the head and tail of the spine and a touch of corner wear. Dust jacket is protected in an archival quality cover. DJ has wear along the spine and at the tail of the spine and along the bottom of the front cover. 173 pages. A nice, first edition, copy.
