Reno: University of Nevada, 1998. 1st Edition. Hardcover. Fine/Fine. First Edition stated, nice inscription by author in blue ink and dated 9/98 on half title page, 289 pages including index, detailed California history of the Bourn's of San Francisco, their mining interests, utility companies and patron to the PPIE, San Francisco symphony and many civic projects. Book is Fine never read condition, black cloth with bright silver titles to spine, tight and square with sharp corners, Jacket is Fine and shows nicely in a new mylar sleeve. Most presentable inscribed First Edition. 4to - over 9¾ - 12" tall.
