Philadelphia: The John C. Winston Company, 1945. Hardcover. Very good+/very good. Green cloth boards in dust jacket, octavo, illustrated in color. Book has mild shelfwear to edges of boards, binding tight, text clean and unmarked but toned throughout. DJ has edgewear that includes tears and related creases, rubbing and toning, now in archival mylar. Full title page says 1940, but rear panel of jacket references Knight's death in 1943, so I'm guessing its a mid-1940s reprint.
