Light wear to the corner tips, with one corner softened. Spine titles have dulled. Text block edges have faint foxing. Inside pages are clean and unmarked, overall, with slight toning. Lacks the dust wrapper. The story of a young Roman officer who is in Britain as it is threatened by Saxon invaders. Black and white illustrations. .
