Draparnaud with tissue guard, large folding distribution map, b/w in-text illustrations. Rebound in claret buckram (in 1948 according to note on front end paper) with manuscript label to the spine, very good. Contents clean and tight, previous owner's name, date and note to front end paper, otherwise unmarked. A very good copy of the scarce original edition..
