Green cloth hard cover with gilt lettering and coat of arms, somewhat dulled, in dust jacket. Fold-out map, neat. Gift inscription to endpaper. Tiny ink mark to half-title. Spine fading and edge wear to jacket, with some chipping to top edge (now protected by removable archival mylar sleeve). Otherwise clean, tight, and unmarked. Photographs, maps, appendices, index.
