Toronto: Macmillan Company of Canada. Very Good- in Very Good- dust jacket. 1955. Hardcover. 326 p. 22.5 cm. Sound and square binding in paper-covered boards. The board and text block edges have light fading/soil. TIny ding to rear edge of the spine. Tape and pull marks on the endpapers. Inside pages are clean and unmarked. The dust jacket has a label shadow mark on the spine, some edge wear, and light soil to the rear panel. Foxing on the reverse side. A biography of one of the founders of Upper Canada, who settled in southwestern Ontario. .
