Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Bound in dark brown leather over marbled boards, matching marbled endpapers, spine in 5 compartments with gilt, black leather spine label lettered in gilt; engraved title page 528 pages Very old newspaper clipping inserted between two pages left a stain.
Spine still attached to front and back covers but separated from the book itself. Looks like an easy repair.
