A very neat illustrated first edition of this work on Princess Elizabeth Charlotte of the Palatinate. First edition. Illustrated throughout with 71 plates. Collated complete. Princess Elizabeth Charlotte of the Palatine was a German member of the House of Wittelsbach and Madame (Duchesse d'Orleans) through her marriage to Philippe I, Duke of Orleans, the younger brother of Louis XIV of France. Written by Ernest F. Henderson. In the original blue cloth binding. Externally, very smart with minor shelf wear to the extremities. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean throughout. Very Good Indeed

Based in the literary city of Bath, our offices are housed in the Eastern Dispensary. Built in 1845, the building originally existed as a charitable institution providing medical care. The building now houses our collection of over twenty thousand books and has five full time members of staff.
