W W Norton & Company Incorporated, 1987. Hardback. Good. Good condition. Ex library book. There is a clear plastic cover over the dust cover which has some scuffs to the edges. There are stamps, remnants of a removed library record and a sticker on the front matter, stamp on the reverse of the front matter, stamps on a few pages throughout the book, sticker on the inside back cover and stamp on the page edge. Otherwise in very good condition with all pages crisp and clean.
