Maurizio Martino Publishing, Cambridge, undated reprint (c1993) of 1957 first edition. Stated to be a limited edition of 250 copies. Cloth, 4to,. vii, [3], 397 pp. 7085 entries. The second volume in chronological sequence of the Kress Library Catalogue, covering items published from 1777-1817 (hence including items published after the publication year of Adam Smith's Wealth of Nations, and to and including the publication year of David Ricardo's Principles of Political Economy and Taxation). Coverage of governmental publications is less comprehensive than in the first volume. All British governmental publications have been included - in so far as available at Harvard - if they were printed in the years antedating 1801. Privately reprinted American governmental items are included. For non-British European materials everything that is contained in the Kress Library or other Harvard libraries "except the voluminous statutory items and commentaries which are to be found in the Harvard Law School Library." Arranged chronologically, with an author/anonymous title index. Reference numbers of items in this catalogue are prefixed "B". Minor bumps to foot of spine and one lower corner, otherwise Fine.
