What would you do if you woke up one day to find the world you once knew no longer existed? One urban family struggles to survive in a world gone mad as America is attacked from all sides: sleeper spies, power blackouts, starvation, riots, marauding gangs, and foreign invaders. Worst of all, no government! Forced into survival mode, the family flees the city to the family farm, where they end up living in a bunker. Join Jim and Shelby as they fight to stay alive.

Authors Note: This novel was written in the spring of 2001, Our Counrty ws hit with horror on September 11, 2001. That terrorist attack chianged out thinking and some of our laws. The Department of Homeland Securirywas set up. Karina and other hurricanes hit our coastal cities and and wiped out life and property. FEMA was a failure when it came to a maor catastrophe. Many people learrned a hardcover lesson: The government cannot depended on to help the people in a largee-scale disaster, and being prepared is the best line of defense. Sas to sa, many people hace not learned that lesson.
