Boston: Atlantic Monthly Press Book, 1968. Second Printing. Hardcover. Octavo, 404 pages. In Good minus condition with Good minus Dust Jacket in mylar covering. Spine is off white with black lettering. Dust jacket has open tears along the head edge of the spine, shelf wear, creasing and closed tears along the edges, minor staining along the spine, and scuffing and scraping. Boards have major shelf wear with tearing to the cloth, rubbing, and minor staining along the bottom edge of the front panel. Paste downs and last rear end paper have tearing, first and last end papers have staining and a withdrawn stamp on it, pencil writing and library stamps on title page, scuffing and a stamp along the exterior edges. Ex-Library. NOTE: Shelved in ND-B. 1375557. FP New Rockville Stock.
