New York: Grosset & Dunlap, 1932. First Edition. Very Good+/Very Good. First edition of the novelization of the 1933 RKO film; in the first issue jacket. Bound in publisher's lime green cloth lettered in dark brown with black topstain. Very Good+ tide mark to bottom margins of boards protruding on to endsheets else Near Fine. In a Very Good unclipped dust jacket identified by the redundant use of the word "by" ("conceived by/by Edgar Wallace") with faded spine, chipped edges and wear at folds; tape repairs at verso. A nice copy in the scarce dust jacket.
