About This Item
New York: Grosset & Dunlap, 1932. First Edition. Good. First edition and the novelization of the 1933 RKO film. Bound in publisher's green cloth lettered in dark brown with black topstain; lacking the rare dust jacket. Good. Cloth is grubby, and frayed at corners and spine ends. Spine panel sunned and lightly soiled, circular indents to rear panel. Hinge at verso of front free endpaper is exposed, and there are two sets of staple punctures to several early pages. A fairly nice copy, for this book anyway.
