Full navy blue polished calf leather fine prize binding, decorative gilt paneled boards with crest to front “Westholme Hunstanton.” With raised banding, gilt decorations and maroon leather label to spine. Marbled endpapers and page edges. In very good condition. Spine, top and side edges of front board sunned. Corners slightly bumped. Prize inscription to front endpaper “P. Bell, Christmas 1912.” One small tear to edge of halftitle page. Map and plates all clean and bright. Some occasional foxing to pages. Else a very good clean and tight copy. vi +319pp. 1pp advert at rear. Illustrated with sixteen B&W plates by W.B. Hole. PLUS folding colour map frontis.
