1881. [CERAMICS] AUDSLEY, George A., and BOWES, James L. KERAMIC ART OF JAPAN. London: Henry Sotheran, 1881. 4to, xiv + 304 pp., 32 plates in color and halftone, red cloth decorated in gilt and t.e.g. Leather library spine. Ex-library, broken hinges clumsily repaired with white tape, cloth worn. All plates have a perforated library stamp, mostly in the margin, which just enters the plate at one corner. Complete and relatively sound internally, but offered with all faults.
