Boston: David R. Godine, 1983. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Near Fine/Very Good. First Printing of the first US edition, hardcover. Blue cloth with gilt titles to upper cover and backstrip. Crushed both at the crown and tail of the backstrip but a tight, square copy otherwise and very clean and bright - Near Fine. The dustjacket is clean and bright, unclipped but with shelf-wear along the edges and at the spine ends. There is a small tear at the top corner of the rear panel and small nick to the top edge of the front flap. SIGNED and inscribed to the Finnish translator and film critic, Reijo Lehtonen, a nice association.
