September 1941'. In the original cloth binding. Externally, generally smart, Light marks and discolouration to the boards and spine. Joints and extremities are rubbed. Front board is heavily bumped to the head. Institutional ink to the tail of the spine. Rear board is a little cocked. Bumping to the extremities. Closed tear to the front endpaper. Institutional label to the front paste down. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean. Very faint tide mark to the tail of the first few pages. Slip tipped in to the title page. Stamp to the reverse of the title page. Very Good
