New York: Viking Press. Fair with no dust jacket. 1939. First Edition; First Printing. Hardcover. Cover cloth faded and soiled with a sun toned spine and curling corners. The binding feels slghtly loose in the hand with the rear hinge split about half way down from the top. The text is unmarked with light creasing to several pages. ; Original map is creased and has several small tears with a couple of longer (about 4") tears. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 538 pages .
