New York: Published (Privately Printed) for the Subscribers of the Black Hawk Press, 1935. 4 vols.in one, as issued, 8vo, 126; 99; 53; 53pp. Illustrated in black-and-white, with a few tipped-in "erotic" plates and numerous vignettes. Blue-green cloth, spine stamped and decorated in gilt. Faint soiling on the boards, text and plates fresh and clean. § First combined issue, limited to 900 copies. The first story was separately printed by the Golden Cockerel Press in 1922. OCLC lists only two holdings for this edition (of four titles in one volume) despite the large edition.
