About This Item
Dust Jacket Blemishes: 1" tear at the spine base, some chips and rubs on the DJ edges. The flaps are unclipped and the retail price remains intact. Structurally sound, especially considering this DJ is over 50 years old, and cook books are intended to be used, frequently. A complimentary Mylar cover protects the DJ from additional damage by new owner who wants to use it. (photo).
Book: Blemishes: Light toning on the board edges, inexplicable sharpie strike on bottom of pages (photo). No other marks or entries, the back binding has evidence of a partial tear, expertly mended.
The book binding is strong and firm. Lime-green titling is clear and crisp.
Color photographs (96) throughout (photo) supplemented by striking woodcut illustrations by Masakazu Kuwata for this publication (photo).
