First edition, Bill Morgan's second printing; Cook's first issue with Villiers listed as the printer on page 100, and ten lines of text on the rear cover. Good. Wraps show light edge wear, several small stains, light browning and foxing. Lean to spine. Front inner hinge over opened. Poem written in unknown hand to inside of rear cover. Uncommon signed.
