Tokyo: Sofia University Press, 1964. Hardcover. 169p., illustrated with many b&w production stills and historical images, a lavishly-bound hardback in 10x7 inch boards covered in green brocade and titled in gilt on a red label, provided with textured tissue endpapers and enclosed in the glossy dust jacket, which is further enclosed in a matte obi sash bearing text and figures. Please note, the book is entirely in the German language with no translation. Book itself is immaculate, the dust jacket edgeworn with a slightly ragged head, the obi is excellent but has a small verso tape-strengthening against a tiny fold-line tear. Sound, clean and unmarked. Monumenta Nipponica Monographs no. 19.
