Darmstadt: Kartellconvent Deutscher Studenten Jüdischen Glaubens, 1912. First edition. Softcover. g+ to vg. Sextodecimo. 90pp. Original illustrated gray wraps with black lettering on cover. Collection of songs and program of the endowment festivities of the Darmstadt chapter of the Kartellconvent Deutscher Studenten Jüdischen Glaubens, an association of Jewish student fraternities in Germany. The Kartellconvent, founded in 1896 in Breslau, aimed to strengthen the self confidence of Jewish students who were affected by the strong anti-Semitic propaganda. By 1925 the Kartellconvent included 26 chapters. Text in German, Gothic script. Very light wear along edges of cover with some sunning of spine. Block lightly age-toned. Wraps and interior in overall good+ to very good condition.
