About This Item
Souvenir Press Ltd. Very Good. 349pp. (Black spine) 1994. First edition. Scarce and sought after. A lovely, fresh looking, clean, tight very good minus copy in near fine jacket. A printer's flaw (I don't think I have ever seen this before in almost 20 years of book dealing!) has bound the first 31 pages of this book again (though the front endpaper and half-title page are only found at the rear) at the rear of the text block so the book should finish on page 349, but it doesn't but instead finished on page 31 which acts as the rear paste-down. The front lacks the paste-down (looks more or less correct - the rear of the half-title page) and a front endpaper. There is no loss of text so you can read the book without any issues and the look on the shelf is unchanged as the jacket, which has not been price-clipped only has slight shelf wear and remains in very good condition. Some light spotting to the leading fore-edge. A very good minus copy, which appears in very good plus order.
