Jack was on the second landing in the Second Division at Gallipoli. He was a keen pilot and one of the first staff members with Qantas in the 1920s. Lesley Hazlitt met Jack when she turned 47, and he was 74. They spent more than 21 happy years together. Lesley tells his amazing story. (A book in the 'Fabric of a Nation' series.).
