Richmond Hill, ON: North Winds Press, 1991. First Edition . Hardcover. Near Fine/Very Good. This is a first edition, first printing with a complete number line. The book looks new. The pages are crisp and fresh, showing no signs of previous use. The illustrated laminate covers are bright and vibrant, with only a touch of wear at the corners. The dust jacket is not corner clipped, and is also in excellent condition, with one small fold along the top edge near the spine, but nicks or other wear. There is a small nick to the bottom of the spine, with a loss of coloured laminate layer about 3 mm deep and 5 mm wide. There is a similar small nick to the laminate layer on the bottom right corner of the front cover. The jacket is now in a protective mylar cover. The book is more than nice enough to give as a gift. Synopsis: A picture book about Jennifer, a small girl who loves and collects junk. "Every day she looks for new treasures to add to her collection. The whole neighbourhood thinks she's crazy, but Jennifer doesn't care. She uses her junk to build a cosy house in the back yard and she moves in until the night when something credible falls from the sky.
