George G Harrap & Co, 1936. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1936. First Edition. 159 pages. No dust jacket. Yellow cloth with a colour illustrated frontis and colour illustrated plates throughout. There is black and white illustrations throughout. Prize plate to front endpaper. Moderate tanning to pages with heavier tanning to pastedowns and endpapers. Pencil inscriptions to front endpaper and both hinges are cracked with exposed netting. There is cracks to guttering with exposed netting and heavy tanning to text block edges. Binding is loose. Boards have visible rubbing and noticeable bumping to corners. Fair crushing to spine ends and heavier tanning to spine.
