George Routledge and Sons. Ltd. London. ND.,c.1883. 8vo. (7.3 x 5 inches). Beautifully illustrated with 8 full page colour printed plates engraved by Dalziel, each with a tissue guard. Double ruled gilt borders to both boards. Marbled endpapers. All edges marbled. Gilt stamped school arms on the front board. The binding is unsigned but is certainly the work of a master bindery.
