A 1941 reprint of novel first published in 1936.
Books is solid. Boards clean. Binding tight. No inscriptions or markings except for previous sale price in pencil on first blank. A little creasing to head of spine. Leave browned due to quality of paper.
Distinctive H&S yellow dust jacket is not price clipped. Some chipping at extremities with a closed tear at head of front panel (barely noticeable behind protective sleeve). A little dust dulled.
Overall, a well preserved copy. Scarce with DJ.
