Very Good. 8vo., in 19th-century half leather, marbled boards, two leather title labels, even more recent spine leather. 310, [12] pp.Minor institutional marks: bookplate on pastedown, small ink squiggle on title page; faint blindstamp on title page. Both inner hinges neatly strengthened with Japanese paper. Very Good with light edgewear and rubbing; chipping to title labels; sporadic faint foxing; small chip to margin of page 145/6. SABIN 15545, EVANS 15683. Includes index in rear. The first collected volume, covering September 5, 1774 to January 1, 1776. Although the second volume of this is where the fireworks really began, this is a significant volume showing firsthand the run-up to the Revolution.
