About This Item
"Section 'B' of the American Institute for Scientific Research".
The featured articles in this issue are both by James H. Hyslop: In "Personal Identity" Hyslop discusses the violent opposition between believers and sceptics in relation to physical manifestations that are met with in psychic research. He attributes this to the difference between "visualizers" -- those who conceive of a person's identity in purely visual terms and those who conceive of it in terms of the person's inner life and activity. "A Record of Experiments" continues a series of detailed records of Hyslop's investigations of paranormal activities. This one concerns a case of clairvoyance.
