About This Item

Wolfeboro, New Hampshire: A. W. Pollock & Co., Publishers, 1993. Second. Hardbound. VG, corners sharp, pages tight and clean.. Light brown cloth boards with gold lettering, [xiv] 223pp, 15 BW plates. Originally published in 1940, this is a study of the life of John Hull. From the book--The span of John Hull's life was almost coincident with that of the Massachustetts Bay colony, and he took part in almost every event of historical importance during the vital years from 1650 to the date of his death in 1683. This volume has accordingly become a short and superficial history of the period.
