About This Item
NY: Century Company; (1931). First Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. Stated first printing, very good in a very good- dust jacket. Tape ghosts on endpapers, name on front endpaper and bookplate on front pastedown. The yellow cloth is slightly darkened from offsetting from an old style "protector" that was on the jacket. The jacket is missing the bottom 1" at the spine, and has numerous small chips and tears. The edges of the jacket are also crimped from the old style protector. Despite all of the flaws, the book is tight and square and the red topstain is still fairly bright; $2.00 price is present on jacket flap.
