The text is illustrated with colour and black-and-white photographs, some contemporary some historic along with black-and-white illustrations. Light hand coloured cloth covered boards with black coloured embossed titles to the front panel and black coloured titles to the back strip. Black-and-white photographic dustwrapper with yellow and white coloured titles to the front panel and back strip. Titles says it all. Minor rubbing of the book corners and back strip corners. Age toning of the text block edges. Rubbing of the dustwrapper edges and panels with lifting of the laminate of the dustwrapper to the top left hand corner of the front panel. Size: Square Quarto.
